As requested by the market, we have independently researched and produced the easy-connected insulated duct. We have bridged the gap of the domestic production, our price-performance is much more superior than the price of the similar products from overseas. We have put an end to the history of relying on the long-term import of first-rate insulated ducts.
The insulated duct is made of rubber coated nylon composited with EPE(Expand aple poly ephylene). It is of less hest loss and windage, light weight, perfect silencing effect and energy-saving and environmental protection. The outside spiral steel is wrapped by the wear proof rubber strip, it is soft and wear-proof that can be packed and transported conveniently. The zipper which is used for connection also can be easily uninstall and clean.
The material and structural characteristics of the aircraft ground air-conditioning equipment(Car):
1. Inside fabric.
It is made of ageing resistance and excellently performed rubber coated nylon. It is soft and durable. It has a very strong pressure resisting capability. It will not soften stiffen in summer and winter. Its chemical property is: good air tightness, aging resistant, heat-and-cold resistant and uninflammable.
2. Insulation layer.
It is made of aluminum foil cotton with energy reflecting film. It is characterized by its good insulation, heat-and-cold resistant, scuff resistant, caking and flouring proof.
3. Outside fabric.
It is made of rubber coated nylon which has a very good property of ozone and UV resistant. It offers useful properties such as sun and ozone aging resistant, sun-proof, heat resistant, rain-and-water proof, uninflammable, etc.
4. Wear proof rubber strip
Use the high performance wear-proof natural butylbenzene alloy rubber(Which has been used to make tire) as its material.
5. Spiral metal.
The spiral metal is high-carbon steel wire which is mainly used for the flexible duct. It is characterized by its high elasticity, good stiffness and rust resistance.
Usage Example for air conditioner
Recognized and approved by a wide range of special air-conditioning refrigeration equipment plants, these products are sold by set. It has been widely used for delivering cold and hot air rapidly and efficiently to the pier(passenger stairway) air-conditioning set, temporary conference centre and ship air-conditioning. It is a requisite connection hose for aircraft ground air-conditioning equipment(Car) to supply cold and hot air into the cabin.
